1. Who we are (data controller)

This site is operated by Vrutal Labs ltd. ("Vrutal Labs", "we"), the controller of the personal data collected here.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you actively send us through the contact form:

We do not ask for special-category data. Please do not include sensitive information in the free-text field.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Anti-spam and third parties

To protect the form we use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to tell humans from bots. See hCaptcha's own privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy.

Consent for cookies and similar technologies is managed through Cookiebot (Usercentrics). See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and may be processed by our email and hosting providers acting as data processors under appropriate agreements. [CONFIRM PROVIDERS: e.g. email/SMTP service, hosting provider.]

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain our commercial relationship, then delete it, unless a longer period is legally required.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers described above, strictly to operate this site and respond to you, and with authorities where legally required.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. [CONFIRM per provider.]

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hola@vrutal-labs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date above.

This is a good-faith template that references the data this site actually collects. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before publishing, and complete every field in brackets.
