2. What data we collect

We only collect what you actively send us through the contact form:

• Name — to address you.
• Email — to reply to your enquiry.
• Phone — as an alternative way to reach you.
• Message (optional) — any context you choose to share.

We do not ask for special-category data. Please do not include sensitive information in the free-text field.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, arrange a meeting — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
• To defend against spam and abuse of the form (legitimate interest).

We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Anti-spam and third parties

To protect the form we use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to tell humans from bots. See hCaptcha's own privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain our commercial relationship, then delete it, unless a longer period is legally required.

7. International transfers
